dll files in (along with msvcp120.dll and msvcr120.dll), it runs just fine on WinXP SP3. So far, when I build the application and drop Qt. I don't consider it reasonable to tell them to upgrade just to be able to use my software. Problem is, I want other local companies/facilities to benefit from the things I'm creating.

With enough time and effort this could be done.

The obvious solution would be to install SP3 on each and every of these PCs. Upgrading the system to Win7 or newer is not an option: some of these rigs boast 1 GB of RAM and are generally weak. For example, our accounting office has WinXP on every PC, human resources office has a machine with XP installed, et cetera. The reason is that I live and work in a fairly rural place, and organizations around here still use WinXP a lot. I currently use QT 5.6.3 with MSVC 2013 and am required to make an open source application that works on Windows XP SP2.
